We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our jewellery, including colours, sizes, finishes and other product details.

Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography and individual devices, colours and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

As jewellery pieces can be delicate, slight variations between individual pieces may also occur where applicable.
 

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Maison Avéa website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
 

Orders

By placing an order with Maison Avéa, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or errors in product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
 

Payments

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Maison Avéa is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to Australia Post, couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside Maison Avéa’s reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Maison Avéa accepts eligible change-of-mind returns on non-piercing jewellery, provided the return is lodged at the post office within 7 days of receiving the order and meets the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition with the original packaging and inclusions.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other piercing jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

These change-of-mind conditions do not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact Maison Avéa with your order details and information about the issue.

Where applicable, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
 

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery should be handled and stored with care.

Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, chemicals, cleaning products, excessive moisture or improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of certain jewellery.

General wear, accidental damage, misuse or damage resulting from failure to appropriately care for an item may not constitute a product fault.
 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and availability.

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.

Maison Avéa reserves the right to modify, suspend or end promotions where reasonably necessary.
